🎯 Why this role is for you:

As a versatile technician involved in the setup and management of test systems for battery cells, modules, and packs, you’ll play a key role in the development of our cutting-edge solutions. Your responsibilities will span from assembling and maintaining innovative test benches to executing performance and diagnostic tests. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to product development and accelerate the energy transition through the advancement of battery technologies.

 

đź’Ľ Your responsibilities:

  • Design and assemble test benches for battery modules in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Develop and optimize test protocols to evaluate the performance and reliability of battery modules.
  • Install and configure sensors and measurement equipment for precise diagnostic testing.
  • Conduct tests on battery modules to assess their state of health and charge in various conditions.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure reliable results.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate test results into development processes.
  • Provide technical support to industrial partners during the implementation of test benches at their facilities.

 

🧑🏻‍🎓 What we’re looking for:

You are a technician with a 2- or 3-year technical degree, and you have at least 2 years of experience in developing or maintaining test benches or instrumentation systems. You are passionate about technical assembly, testing, and diagnostics of complex systems, ideally with a focus on batteries and energy technologies.

You are autonomous, motivated, proactive, and ready to thrive in an applied research environment working alongside industrial partners.

 

🧑🏻‍🔧 Required skills:

  • Proficient in soldering techniques (including soldering iron and spot welding) for assembling electronic components.
  • Knowledge of wiring and mounting power supply racks and other test equipment.
  • Experience in instrumentation, current, voltage, and temperature measurement.
  • Precision and attention to detail in executing tests and documenting results.

 

🧑🏻‍🔧 Optional skills:

  • Experience handling Li-ion batteries and energy storage systems.
  • Knowledge in power electronics and automation.
  • Programming skills (Python).
