🎯 Your Role

As Sales & Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial expansion in France and Germany, and progressively across Europe and international markets. You will work directly with the CEO and product team in a fast-paced and technical environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining our CRM (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and structure
  • Qualifying leads across key segments: garages, fleets, OEMs, recyclers, remanufacturers…
  • Initiating contact with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Scheduling discovery meetings and product demonstrations
  • Following up with prospects and supporting the sales funnel
  • Assisting with light reporting and commercial dashboards

👤 Who You Are

  • Graduate from a top business or engineering school (young professional or recent graduate)
  • Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills
  • Curious and eager to understand complex technical solutions
  • Fluent in French and English – German is a significant asset
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, email tools, and ideally CRM systems (training provided if needed)
  • Motivated by tangible impact, fast learning, and contributing to an ambitious vision
