🎯 Your Role
As Sales & Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial expansion in France and Germany, and progressively across Europe and international markets. You will work directly with the CEO and product team in a fast-paced and technical environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining our CRM (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and structure
- Qualifying leads across key segments: garages, fleets, OEMs, recyclers, remanufacturers…
- Initiating contact with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Scheduling discovery meetings and product demonstrations
- Following up with prospects and supporting the sales funnel
- Assisting with light reporting and commercial dashboards
👤 Who You Are
- Graduate from a top business or engineering school (young professional or recent graduate)
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills
- Curious and eager to understand complex technical solutions
- Fluent in French and English – German is a significant asset
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, email tools, and ideally CRM systems (training provided if needed)
- Motivated by tangible impact, fast learning, and contributing to an ambitious vision
