Why is this role right for you?

Entroview has validated its technology in the field and is signing its first major contracts. We are now looking for someone capable of turning this initial momentum into recurring and predictable revenue, a candidate who can listen to a CTO just as effectively as a CFO, build a tailored solution, and close high-value deals.

This role is for someone who wants to be the first true senior sales representative at a growing deep-tech company. You’ll work in a three-person team with an SDR and a marketer: the pipeline is fed, the content is ready—your energy goes toward closing deals and building client relationships, not cold calling. You’ll have a say in product positioning, and your variable compensation is directly tied to your results.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for your accounts: from qualification through to closing, including demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of target accounts in our priority verticals: end-of-life vehicle dismantlers, specialized EV repair shops, insurers, OEMs, and battery second-life players
  • Work in a three-person team with the SDR and the marketer: co-develop KPIs, align prospecting sequences with the sales pitch, and provide field insights to refine content and campaigns
  • Conduct value-added product demonstrations, tailoring the pitch to the audience (technical, operational, executive)
  • Develop customized sales proposals (pilot programs, framework agreements, SaaS licenses)
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy: field feedback, segmentation, pricing, partnerships
  • Represent Entroview at trade shows and industry events (Vivatech, insurance seminars, automotive sector)

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A balanced hunter-farmer profile: capable of acquiring new accounts while developing existing relationships
  • True sales maturity in long sales cycles (3 to 12 months), with multiple stakeholders
  • A natural ease with technical topics, you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must understand what you’re selling and to whom
  • Someone who can work effectively in an integrated go-to-market team, you’re not a lone wolf; you amplify the efforts of the marketing and SDR teams around you
  • Someone who enjoys building processes, not just executing them; here, you’ll help write them

 

Required skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in a startup, deep tech, industrial SaaS, or the automotive/energy sector
  • Mastery of the full sales cycle: qualification, multi-stakeholder management, contract negotiation
  • Proficiency with CRM and impeccable pipeline discipline
  • Excellent French; business-level English required for upcoming UK/Benelux accounts
  • Valid driver’s license; field travel to client and prospect sites is expected

 

Optional skills:

  • Knowledge of the end-of-life vehicle (ELV) sector, auto insurance, batteries, or electric mobility
  • Experience selling to key accounts (OEMs, insurers, recycling operators)
  • Experience with B2B financing mechanisms: leasing, invoiced pilot programs, progressive framework agreements
  • Existing network in the French or European automotive industry
