You’re joining Entroview at a pivotal moment: following initial market validation and with a product currently being rolled out, we’re building our sales team to scale up. As an SDR, you’re the first link in this chain, you identify the right contacts, open doors, and qualify opportunities that will fuel our pipeline.
You won’t be facing a virgin market alone. You’ll be part of a go-to-market trio with an Account Executive and a marketer: marketing generates visibility and engaging content, the AE closes deals, and you’re the link between the two, the one who turns a signal of interest into a qualified opportunity. A pivotal role, with full visibility into the sales cycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and target qualified prospects in our priority markets: certified ELV dismantlers, specialized EV repair shops, insurers, OEMs, and players in the battery second-life sector
- Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) using a structured and differentiated pitch
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
- Schedule appointments and prepare briefs for key accounts (forwarded to the Account Executive or founders)
- Work in a three-person team with the Account Executive and the Marketer: align your prospecting sequences with ongoing campaigns, pass on qualified leads with a structured brief, and report field objections to refine messaging
- Maintain and enrich our CRM with rigor (company data, contacts, interaction history)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting sequences and opening messages
- Report market signals, recurring objections, and field insights to the product and sales teams
What we’re looking for:
- A curious, persistent individual who is comfortable with long sales cycles and technical contacts
- A results-oriented individual capable of managing their pipeline independently
- A collaborative professional, comfortable in an integrated go-to-market organization, your success is tied to that of the Account Executive and Marketing, not independent
- A clear communicator, both in writing and verbally, with a knack for making direct and confident contact
- An interest in the industrial sector, electric mobility, or energy, though this is not a requirement
Required skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B prospecting or business development (significant internship experience accepted)
- Proficiency with prospecting tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalent
- Proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot or other)
- Excellent written and spoken French; professional-level English is a plus
- Ability to independently structure and prioritize a sales pipeline
Optional skills:
- Knowledge of the automotive, end-of-life vehicle (ELV), insurance, or battery/energy sectors
- Experience in an early-stage startup or scale-up
- Experience with data enrichment tools (Kaspr, Dropcontact, Pharow, etc.)
- Interest in tech/deep tech topics
